Our Story 

Our first location opened in Accra Ghana in 2008 by Delight Lawal.  We quickly gained a reputation for the high level of excellence put into every order.  Our food are made with organic ingredients sourced from local markets in Ghana and shipped to the U.S.  We are committed to delivering the highest level of deliciousness, quality, and authenticity to every customer.  Chef Delight's culinary career began early on, inspired by her grandmother's love and respect for quality and tradition.  Delight's culinary repertoire flourished and her techniques refined under the mentorship of French chef Jean at Au Grand Ecuye in Accra, Ghana.
